Experience times:

IFS Cloud Cable Car may temporarily close if there is threat of lightning and thunder to the surrounding area or extremely strong winds.
Journey times vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions.
A private cabin is not guaranteed in ANY of the experiences, only when the site is not busy the staff will do their best to offer private cabins. Each cabin can hold up to 10 passengers.
The venue is fully accessible to most wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Offers step-free access and space for bicycles in each cabin.
Children under the age of 5 travel free when accompanied by a fare-paying adult.
Car parking facilities are available, including at North Greenwich Tube station and the O2.

Due to strike action services will start later than normal on the following dates:
Every Saturday between 28 September 2024 and 22 February 2025, services will run between 11:00 and 23:00
Thursday 31 October, services will run between 09:00 and 21:00
Friday 1 November, services will run between 11:00 and 23:00
Saturday 2 November, services will run between 11:00 and 23:00
There are also strikes planned for Sunday 3 November, Boxing Day and New Year’s Days but as these would be the standard Sunday hours there are no impact on operating hours.
