Departure time: 7:15pm boarding for a 8:00pm departure

Return Point: Westminster Pier at 1am approximately.

CANCELATION POLICY: Cancelation is allowed only up to Friday 1st of December 2023, after this date the package becomes strictly non-refundable non-exchangeable.
Guests are advised to arrive early and to allow plenty of time to make their way to the pier.
You must bring a PRINTED copy of your ticket and BOARDING PASS, police and security might not allow clients through the pier without the voucher.
We will email you your BOARDING PASS by the first week of December, if you do not receive it by the 20th of December please get in touch by emailing reservations@goldentours.com or calling us on +44 (0) 20 7233 7030.
Guests are advised to arrive early and to allow plenty of time to make their way to the pier.
Roads may close early in preparation for the fireworks display. Please check road closures on www.tfl.gov.uk before you travel.
Due to strict boat timings we will not be able to wait for any latecomers.
A valid ID must be presented when purchasing alcohol.
Dress to impress !
Please be aware that luggage and large bags of any type will not be allowed on the vessels.
We will do our best to provide customers with the best view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks, however due to the high amount of traffic expected on the Thames, weather conditions and the changing tides, the positioning of the boat to the fireworks cannot be guaranteed. The captain’s decision will be final on the night although rest assured that the on-board team will do their best to secure the best viewing spot.
