Meeting point: Attraction reception - Access via Gate next to our entrance sign on Water Street and downstairs.
Opening hours: 9am - 6pm (Last tour at 4.30pm)
Duration: 70 minutes

Please note:

There are 124 stairs to climb on the tour and all visitors must be able to complete these. There is no option for a partial tour or to wait in an area on the tour.
The tour is not suitable for wheelchair or mobility scooter users due to the nature of the upper floors.
Children under the age of 5 are not permitted.
Pets are not permitted.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time.
Tours start promptly at the time stated.
You may miss your tour if you arrive after it has started. Please contact us on 01512364753 if you are going to be late.
If you miss your tour, you will not be able to reschedule unless agreed prior to the start time.

The Royal Liver Building is an iconic Grade I listed building located on the waterfront in Liverpool. One of Liverpool’s Three Graces, this renowned building sits next to the Cunard Building and Port of Liverpool Building, completing the iconic trio of landmarks.
